You will indemnify and hold NOVAINFINITY LLC harmless from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Douglas County, Missouri, or the federal courts for the Western District of Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to email FortierVavro29@hotmail.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
